A Jaguar in the water

On the 30th October Jaguar released a new concept speedboat that has been designed and built with the same passion and elegance used in the car manufacturer's long history of world renowned automobiles.
The design has been inspired by the top of the range Jaguar D-Type model. The front of the boat flows in a united line that becomes tinted glass making it not only aerodynamically pleasing but gorgeously beautiful. The seat configuration is 2+1 making this speed boat ideal for that rush on Lake Como.

The amazing use of different materials and textures really makes this boat stand out as the cool hot red leather contrasts with an icy gray. Behind the cabin sits the engine underneath a lovely deck of varnished wood which is split in two by a carbon fibre fin. At the back of the boat to stay within the automotive theme Jaguar has included two XJ styled exhaust pipes.

There have been no corners cut in terms of build quality and design. The boat would be the ultimate accessory for any Jaguar enthusiast. Right now it is only a concept therefore getting your hands on one would be rather difficult but who knows if demand calls for a production model to be released. Stay tuned.
